Customers Wanting to Submit Applications, Plans, and Documents to the Community Development Department

• Customers can submit Planning and Building applications, plans, or documents to Community Development staff in five different ways: 1) through the Electronic Submittal Portal 2) by scheduling an appointment, 3) by visiting City Hall during walk-in hours, 4) any time during normal business hours in the designated drop-off area in the permit center, and 5) through USPS or other delivery services.
• Customers may set up an appointment time to submit materials by calling (925) 516-5405 or by e-mailing building@brentwoodca.gov.
• Staff is working to roll out an online portal to facilitate application submittal and review in the coming months and additional instructions will be provided at that time.

Customers Wanting to Receive Permits, Plans, and Documents From the Community Development Department

• Customers can also receive permits, plans, or documents from Community Development staff in the following ways: 1) scheduling an appointment, 2) visiting the Permit Center during walk-in hours, 3) from staff in the designated pick-up area in the permit center, or 4) through USPS or other delivery services, as requested.
• Customers may set up an appointment time to receive materials by calling (925) 516-5405 or by e-mailing building@brentwoodca.gov.
