Project Execution

Efficient execution of the project requires simultaneous work across various areas, including weekends and evenings. Consequently, portions of sidewalks, pathways, and building perimeters will be temporarily blocked off to facilitate the necessary work. Access to entrances will be maintained throughout, with clear detours and flagmen to guide pedestrians safely around the work areas.

Special Event Consideration

The project schedule has been meticulously planned to minimize disruptions to important community events such as Farmer’s Market, Downtown Events, local High School Prom, and Concerts in the Park.

  • Notice for 5/11 - 5/31 : Painting of City Parking Structure is scheduled for May 11 through May 31 between 6 PM - 2:30 AM and vehicles are NOT permitted to park in the parking structure during these work hours.

Updates

We understand the importance of keeping the community informed. Public Works and Engineering will provide updates throughout the project's duration.
